Every time I've been there's always 2-3 people waiting to be seen by their casework or a new caseworker. Every employees are for different for every case so, there are no wait time. The are nice and friendly. I have no problem every time I go there and I don't wait long to see my caseworker. Glad I moved 8 miles close to the Social Security office. I would recommend this place to anyone. Once I had a caseworker, I've never had a problem with the front desk rerouting my call to my caseworker or any other caseworker. If they are not available, I leave a message, and they call me back on the same day. Never had a problem for my caseworker or anyone to call me back. The front desk, the operators, caseworker or anyone are ever rude to me. If you show respect, you get respect back so, from my experience overall has been great. So far I HAVE never been disrespectful at all or rude by anyone there.

What did I like? Nothing. The employees are hateful and have a sour attitude. No one ever returns calls. When you waste your gas and time to go down there, they either make you set up an appt, which they never abide by anyway, or get ill that you make them have to actually work and do their job. Something seriously needs to be done about this.
