We go here with the kids bday parties every year. Another coming June. The older kids go tubing we play with the smaller kids. They all love this park as I do. Will continue to keep going.
Great access to the Dan river for swimming. The picnic tables are old and sagging and should be replaced. More of them would be great.
It's very nice! You can pack a picnic or use one of their grills and also swim and tube! Its very relaxing and best of all it's free Yess Free lol!!! Did I mention beautiful it's beautiful!!!❤
I noticed lots of dog suit on beach area, so maybe more trash cans would help people be less lazy.
I was helping set up my sister's wedding party at 2am last night. The last people who rented the venue left it a disaster!!! My family were the only ones who stayed to help clean up not only my sister's party but the previous people's mess! She should get her deposit back just cause how the people left it!! This is ridiculous how do people not know how to clean up after themselves!! We can't really blame the managers but I do blame the people last night.
